Am I missing something in this story? Or is this woman charged with manslaughter and participating in her husband’s murder simply for telling her boyfriend (after a night of drug use and heavy drinking) that her husband had raped her.
Whether or not her husband actually raped her doesn’t even seem to be something the judge considered, and how she’s responsible for her boyfriend...
