What kind of fuckery is this? Oh yea, it’s “justice” in a “post-racial” society.
We should be better than this by now

I’ve become aggravated with the strong left-leaning narrative of tumblr. The CEO was financially irresponsible with $3 billion of company funds. The ROBBER commited a violent crime. The amount of money he took, in comparison to $3 billion, is negligible! It’s a bit too easy to call this racism, or corporatism.

The CEO committed fraud and stole $3 Billion in company funds. This has negatively impacted many, many people.
The simple robbery? Was non-violent. Guy didn’t have a gun- he just had his hands under his coat so they’d think he did. He asked for money, they gave him three stacks of $100. He took one bill, gave the rest to the teller, and left, Told her it was the only way he’d be able to stay in his detox program, and that he had no home to go to.
He was only caught because he decided to turn himself in. He decided  that doing the right thing was more important than him being able to pay for his basic needs.
You don’t understand why it’s ridiculous that he got 15 years and the CEO who robbed a whole hell of a lot more people (for pure greed) gets less than four years?
