"We need to look at this at a meta-level instead of responding sincerely and seriously to every point made by the sexists. At a meta-level we begin to see patterns. For example, when western feminists criticize sexism in other countries they are told to stop being so racist and imperialistic. If they criticize sexism at home, they are told to stfu and be grateful they don’t have it as bad as those women in other countries. The idea is to suppress the critique of sexism whenever and wherever it happens. Similarly, if it is a relatively small issue which is possible to fix locally, the sexists will complain that the issue is insignificant and not worth being bothered about. If it is a big issue, they will emphasize the futility of addressing it. We need to stop engaging with these people in good faith. They are not engaging with us in good faith. They are waging a war against us and we are responding with discussions and reasoned statements."
